Private Villa, Saudi Arabia

This 644 sqm building is part of a composition of three structures, the Family Villa, the Mother Villa and the Diwaniya, which are intrinsically linked through their architecture and connected by large galleries. Positioned at the center of the composition, it structures and aligns the terraced French-style garden.

It creates strong visual perspectives toward the formal entrances of the two other buildings. The Diwaniya adopts the complex’s modern classical language, expressed through its arches and refined galleries.

As the keystone of the architectural ensemble, it is also the smallest building, with 644 sqm. It is developed over two levels, incorporating two reception areas as well as three suites.
