5-star hotel comprising 150 rooms, including a 300 sqm presidential suite, and two hotel residences with 153 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. The property is located in Muscat, Oman, in the Shatti Al Qurum district, on the shores of the Gulf of Oman.

For this extensive project, Maison Cartron placed emphasis on Oman’s rich heritage and authentic cultural essence. Inspired by Omani hospitality and the Silk Road, the design of Mandarin Oriental, Muscat combines the warmth of a family home with iconic cultural symbols, reflecting the true spirit of Oman.
