Located in the heart of Riyadh, near the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, the hotel extends over a built area exceeding 213,000 sqm. Operated by The Ritz-Carlton, this luxury property offers a “five-star plus” hospitality experience for official delegations and VVIP guests.
The hotel includes the following public and shared spaces: 48 presidential suites, 48 junior suites, 492 rooms, and the “Symposium Centre” conference facility.
Its grand scale, the superior quality of materials and its extensive dining facilities place the complex beyond standard international classification categories.
Maison Cartron was commissioned to design more than 36,000 sqm of public areas, including reception spaces accommodating up to 700 guests, three restaurants with a total capacity of 900 guests, three cafés accommodating 450 guests, three lounge bars, a ballroom for 700 guests, the iconic swimming pool, a six-lane bowling alley, a fitness center and a spa.
The hotel received the World Travel Award in 2011 for its outstanding design and exceptional services. The project was carried out in collaboration with Saudi Oger / Oger International, the main contractor responsible for the design and construction.
