Gems Estates are luxury private residences designed above all to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of their occupants. Through the strong concept of the jewel case, we sought to enhance both the container, embodied here by contemporary architecture, and the jewel it holds: the interior design.

Through an interplay of solids and voids, we imagined an architectural promenade that begins outside and gradually unfolds inward, moving from an opaque, almost secretive entrance to interior spaces that progressively open onto the garden.

The contemporary interior combines aesthetics and modularity to adapt to the needs and aspirations of its occupants, using materials inspired by the worlds of jewellery and high-end furniture.
